Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take longer. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Allow up to 4 weeks for completion of custom orders. Orders can be rushed with an extra $50 fee.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Rush Processing vs. Rush Shipping: Rush processing ensures your order is completed faster than the standard production time, typically reducing the completion period. Rush shipping, on the other hand, expedites the delivery process after the order has been completed. Choosing rush processing does not automatically include rush shipping, and both options can be selected separately at checkout.

International Shipping: We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Shipments: Once we've shipped your order and provided tracking, it is out of our hands what happens with it while in transit. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier with your tracking number. If the issue is not resolved, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Information: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Refunds will be issued minus original shipping charges.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dcroy1216@gmail.com  with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
